  • Did you spend enough time on your social media and is your content up to date? Most businesses have an online presence now and you need to make sure that yours matches up. Spend time making a plan on how you are going to use social media in 2020. Schedule regular posts and updates. Let your customers know what you are doing and where you are.
  • What are your competitors doing? Is there something in particular that is making them more successful than your business? Have a look at their website and social media and how does it compare to yours? Of course, you should never plagiarise someone else’s work but rather use it as inspiration for your own business.
  • Everything your customer sees from you is a reflection on your business so make a list of everyway they can see you or make contact with you and does it look the best it possibly can do. Is your logo clearly visible on everything and does it pop? Is your content captivating and interesting? Is your website easy to navigate? Just reflecting on how your customer sees you is a great way to begin planning on what you want to look like to your customers in 2020.
